Industry Record Setting Projects

Newstech continued adding to its manufacturing portfolio in 2005 by entering into a manufacturing JV with long term German supplier Betz GmbH to manufacture fully automatic  Ink Pumping Systems in India. The company proceeded to sign and execute 2 of the industry's largest ever technology projects. In 2010 Newstech signed the order for the record breaking Single Largest Press Order in the World; 25 Towers of the KBA Prisma 4 x 1 Press were successfully sold, installed, and commissioned at the DNA & D.B. Corp Group.

 

In 2011 Newstech signed yet another record breaking order, this time for the single largest mailroom system order worldwide. 26 fully automated online inserting Schur Systems were sold to long time patron, and technology frontrunner, The Malayala Manorama, Kottayam. Newstech continued this streak in 2013, by equalling its previous record setting web press order. 25 towers of Mitsubishi flagship presses were sold to publishing giants The Malayala Manorama, along with 5 folders. This cemented Newstech's legacy as the single largest private supplier to the print industry in India.
